It is very important when society does not forget the merits of these people and notice them publicly. “Ruska Nagrada” with the support of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Russian World Foundation is called upon to perform this function. “Ruska Nagrada” started its life in the Balkans. The first ceremony took place in 2011 in Montenegro, dedicated to the 300 of political relations between Montenegro and Russia.
